Tony Stefater, MD, PhD

Biography
Dr. Stefater is the President and Cofounder of Pykus Therapeutics.
He is a board certified ophthalmologist and retinal surgeon. He received MD and PhD degrees from the University of Cincinnati where his thesis work was published in Nature. He completed ophthalmology residency and a vitreoretinal surgical fellowship at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary/Harvard Medical School. He has over 20 publications and has given podium presentations at over 25 national meetings. He continues to see patients in private practice at Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston.
