Biography
Richel is Founder and CEO of Rimonci Capital and is responsible for Rimonci’s overall strategy and transactions. Prior to founding Rimonci in 2016, Richel served as CEO of a comprehensive IT group in China with $1.5 billion USD in sales, as well as Executive Director of a Hong Kong listed company and chairman of a Shanghai listed company of the same group. During her tenure, Richel was responsible for business investments and operations, especially in electronics, IC substrates, enterprise software, system integration as well as the overall management of the business unit. With more than 17 years of experience in investing, mergers and acquisitions, business operations and management experience, she has a distinguished track record of establishing and growing businesses from early to mature stage through organic growth and investment. Richel also have abundant board experience, working in multiple board governance structures. Richel earned her MS degree in economics and BS degree in engineering, and has also received a Senior Leadership Training Certificate from the Yale School of Management as well as a certificate in Eye, Ear, Nose & Throat Innovation from the Stanford Byers Center for Biodesign. She also serves on the Singapore National Eye Center Ophthalmic Technologies Incubator Venture Capital Advisory Board.
